Currently, we are looking for an Account-Based Marketing Manager for The Playa.

The Playa helps iGaming platforms boost engagement, revenue, and ROMI by up to 25% by understanding and profiling player behavior, detecting positive and suspicious activities, and delivering tailored recommendations to each player.

Position Overview:

Drive and execute account-based marketing strategies for our Personalization SaaS platform (B2B), combining strategic leadership with hands-on account targeting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning (20%)

  • Set lead gen objectives and success metrics.

  • Design comprehensive ABM strategy and build annual/quarterly ABM roadmap.

  • Develop account selection criteria/segmentation and scoring models.

  • Identify and prioritize target accounts using data analytics.

Hands-on Execution (80%)

  • Conduct in-depth research/analysis on target accounts to understand their challenges, needs, and pain points, ensuring marketing efforts are relevant and impactful.

  • Build comprehensive account intelligence profiles to inform targeting and personalization strategies.

  • Develop and execute multi-channel ABM media campaigns and use LinkedIn as a key platform to engage and convert decision-makers.

  • Manage and drive content creation to serve omni-channel strategy (website, emails, case studies, webinars, and social media platforms).

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver integrated ABM programs.

  • Monitor and report on ABM campaign metrics, ROI, and pipeline impact.

  • Handle day-to-day campaign operations and troubleshooting.

  • Work closely with Sales, SDRs, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals and deliver measurable results.

  • CRM & Marketing Automation: utilize tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce to track and nurture leads. Ensure a seamless handoff between marketing and sales teams.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, with 2+ years in ABM.

  • Proven experience in both designing and executing ABM campaigns.

  • Excellent copywriting and content creation skills, with the ability to craft personalized messaging for high-level decision-makers.

  • Demonstrated ability to write compelling B2B content.

  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills.

  • Deep understanding of B2B buying cycles and enterprise sales processes.

  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and LinkedIn Ads.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo).

  • Experience in iGaming is a plus.
