- Lean Six Sigma: Certification or demonstrated experience applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies to optimize operations
- Data Analytics & Performance Management: Strong ability in using data to drive decision-making and performance improvement
- Customer Service: Experience managing diverse customer accounts, with a focus on delivering high-quality, accurate, and timely services
