Job description
Salary: P35,000 – P40,000 (Monthly Package)
Schedule: Monday - Friday (7:00 AM to 4:00 PM PHT)
What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- Proven experience in a similar accounts/admin role.
- Proficiency in Xero and Simpro is essential.
- Strong Excel skills (data entry, formatting, filtering).
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Experience with invoicing, timesheet management, and bank reconciliations.
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with supplier portals (e.g. Bunnings, Reece) is an advantage.
- AU Construction Industry familiarity
What will you do?
Daily:
- Monitor and respond to VIC and Service emails
- Process supplier invoices in Simpro
- Reconcile bank and credit card transactions in Xero
Weekly:
- Update the Set & Serve spreadsheet
- Process Bunnings, BOC, and Reece invoices
- Collect, file, and review weekly timesheets
- Cross-check leave/overtime with Labour Planner
- Schedule timesheets in Simpro
- Export weekly service reports
- Follow up on overdue service accounts
Monthly:
- Reconcile gas cylinder usage
- Update subcontractor register (docs, insurances, licences)
- Reconcile supplier statements and complete bank recs
- Run Aged Receivables, check credit limits
- Balance AR between Simpro and Xero
