MedCore Solutions, the medical division of BizForce is looking for a dedicated Accounts Receivable Specialist (Dermatology Claims) to join our rapidly growing team. This role is crucial in managing the complex billing and collections process specifically for dermatology-related claims. As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will work closely with healthcare providers, patients, and insurance companies to ensure timely payments for services rendered. Your accuracy and attention to detail will directly impact our financial health and patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Handle full-cycle RCM
Process and manage dermatology claims accurately and in a timely manner
Review and resolve rejected claims, and follow up on outstanding payments
Communicate with healthcare providers and insurance companies regarding claim status and payment arrangements
Reconcile accounts receivable and conduct regular audits of accounts for discrepancies
Provide excellent customer service by addressing and resolving patient inquiries regarding billing
Maintain confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations
Prepare and submit periodic reports on collections and outstanding claims
Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable (US Healthcare)
Strong knowledge of dermatology billing processes and codes
Proficient in EZDerm EMR
Familiarity with insurance verification and claim adjudication
Reduction in claim rejections and denials
Achievement of target collections on a monthly basis
Timeliness in response to patient inquiries
Accuracy in claim submissions and account reconciliations
Amenable to work in a graveyard shift

Schedule: 8 hours/day Monday-Friday; 40 hours/week
Days Off: Saturday & Sunday
Time zone: Hawaii Standard Time
Duration: Full-time Steady state
