Job description

Based in Washington, D.C., Quorum is a fast-growing software company and is the leading provider of workflow software and information services for government affairs professionals across corporate, non-profit, association, and governmental end-markets.

Quorum is looking for an Ad Sales Account Manager / Sales Executive, who will lead revenue growth for Quorum’s Policy Influencer Data File product, focused on both new client acquisition and strategic account management. Quorum’s PIDF product is a database of cookies for elected officials, staff, and policy influencers. PIDF is sold on a CPM basis and used in programmatic, social, and direct digital buys across campaigns, agencies, and advocacy orgs.

This role will manage the full sales cycle, act as the main point of contact for top-tier clients at agencies, trade associations, and corporations and guide them in activating PIDF across platforms like LiveRamp, The Trade Desk, and DV360. The role requires a deep understanding of political ad tech, data licensing, and digital advertising workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Own full sales lifecycle for Policy Influencer Data File (PIDF) accounts: prospecting, pitching, pricing, closing, onboarding, renewing.
  • Develop strong relationships with digital agencies, media buyers, political consultants, and advocacy organizations.
  • Translate audience targeting needs into actionable, data-driven proposals.
  • Scope and present pricing strategies based on CPM billing and audience size.
  • Manage post-sale relationships: track usage, monitor delivery and match rates, and identify upsell or expansion opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations to refine sales materials and positioning.
  • Represent Quorum and KnowWho at relevant industry events and client briefings.
  • Maintain accurate and updated pipeline tracking and forecasting in Salesforce.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in digital ad sales, political consulting, or ad tech business development.
  • Familiarity with programmatic media buying, audience segmentation, and data onboarding workflows.
  • Strong understanding of platforms such as LiveRamp, The Trade Desk, DV360, or similar DSP/DMP environments.
  • Proven ability to close deals and grow key accounts, particularly in CPM-based data products.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce for pipeline and account tracking.
  • Nice to have: You have a background in political campaigns, advocacy, or digital strategy.
  • Nice to have: You have experience working with or selling to political data vendors or ad agencies.
  • Nice to have: You have familiarity with audience performance tracking and match rate optimization.
  • Nice to have: You have an understanding of Quorum’s core product offerings (legislative tracking, grassroots, PAC, etc.).
