We’re hiring 3 Backend/Support Agents to help run the Command Center. This is a 1099 contractor role paying $880/month. Most of the job is admin—scheduling, updating systems, and occasional outbound tasks. You’ll mostly work from home, but you need to be in Cali in case a hybrid setup is needed.
What you’ll do:
Handle backend support and admin work
Manage schedules and update tracking tools
Do occasional outbound calls (not sales)
Keep systems organized and info up to date
Jump in where needed to keep operations running
What you need:
Must live in Cali, Colombia
Admin or scheduling background
Good with remote tools (Slack, Google Workspace, etc.)
Strong written and spoken English
Independent, reliable, and detail-focused
