Location & Remote Work

Our People team works on the “remote-first” model, which means we are working from home with the possibility of living anywhere in Brazil. We also have the option of using QuintoAndar’s offices in São Paulo or using partner coworking spaces, both up to twice a week.

About the Position

We are seeking an AI Tools Evangelist to join our People & Technology team. This individual will be responsible for leading the adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools aimed at enhancing organizational productivity, while fostering a culture of innovation and efficiency across the company.

Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities for applying AI to improve internal processes and team productivity.

  • Implement and manage AI tools, such as virtual assistants, task automation, and recommendation systems.

  • Train and engage employees in the effective use of these tools by organizing workshops and training sessions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify specific needs and develop tailored solutions.

  • Monitor and analyze usage metrics and the impact of implemented tools, adjusting strategies as needed.

  • Stay up to date with trends and innovations in AI as they relate to organizational productivity.

  • Proven experience in implementing AI-driven productivity solutions.

  • Knowledge of generative AI tools, process automation, and data analysis.

  • Ability to deliver training sessions and workshops for diverse audiences.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.

  • Fluency in Portuguese and English.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Runway, among others, applied to drive organizational productivity.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead AI adoption initiatives, including delivering workshops, training, and enablement programs for multidisciplinary teams.
  • Knowledge of AI frameworks and familiarity with MLOps concepts and prompt engineering.
  • Experience in organizational change management, especially in digital transformation and technology adoption contexts.
  • Strong ability to bridge technical and business areas, translating organizational needs into AI-based solutions.
  • Active participation in AI and technology communities, staying informed on the latest trends and industry best practices.
  • Experience working in high-complexity, large-scale environments, such as tech companies or fast-growing startups.
