About the role

Coalition is frequently recognized for having a best-in-class servicing experience for our broker partners and policyholders. As we continue to push towards our mission of “protecting the unprotected” it’s important we’re able to maintain this standard in a way that scales efficiently.

As the product leader for our AI + Servicing efforts, you’ll work cross-functionally to find ways to leverage AI to enable our internal servicing teams to become more efficient. You’ll identify key problems to tackle, get feedback from brokers, set success criteria, prioritize features within a roadmap, and work across the company to deliver innovative solutions. Your roadmap will consist of novel AI driven features as well as improvements to current tooling which will work together to drive efficiency gains. Additionally you’ll be responsible for staying on top of the fast moving advances in AI and advocating for how we can leverage different trends to advance our solutions over time.

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for delivering AI driven solutions to drive internal servicing efficiency
  • Provide technical thought leadership for the team by staying up to date on the latest trends in AI and proposing new directions to try to advance our impact
  • Define metrics and goals related to servicing efficiency and develop the product strategy / roadmap for how we’ll tackle this area over time
  • Work closely with engineering, design and other product managers to execute the roadmap.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to make sure our features are being adopted and driving impactThis role will require a lot of cross-functional collaboration and supporting highly complex internal launches. The best PMs for this role will be able to navigate complicated projects and be ready to be a leader.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience building and launching successful software products
  • Demonstrated ability to stay up-to-date on the latest AI trends / technologies and incorporating them into your product solutions
  • An ownership mentality; do what it takes to deliver great outcomes
  • Ability to balance being hands-on and sweating the details and looking at the larger picture and driving the strategic vision
  • Effective management of cross-functional stakeholder relationships and driving alignment and decision making
  • Comfortable with data analysis and funnel optimization

Compensation

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The US base salary for this position ranges from $136,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $203,000/year in our highest geographic market. Consistent with applicable laws, an employee’s pay within this range is based on a number of factors, which include but are not limited to relevant education, skills, job-related knowledge, qualifications, work experience, credentials, and/or geographic location. Your recruiter can share more on target salary for your location during the interview process. Coalition, Inc. reserves the right to modify this range as needed.
