Job Description:
The client is seeking a Microsoft AI Chatbot Developer to design and build intelligent conversational agents using Copilot Studio and the broader Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem, including Azure.
- This Power Platform and Copilot/Azure AI Developer will build sophisticated chatbots that integrate Teams, SharePoint, Microsoft 365 services, and external systems to enhance productivity for client users and customers.
- The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Copilot Studio’s canvas interface, natural language processing capabilities, and can configure complex dialog flows with branching logic.
- You should be comfortable integrating chatbots with external APIs, databases, and third-party services through Power Automate and custom connectors.
- Knowledge of Azure AI services is also preferred. Experience with Power Platform governance, security best practices, and deployment strategies across development and production environments is required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues are crucial for success in this role.
- This role will provide experience deploying solutions and working within Power Platform environments as well as Azure DevOps.
