We are an Austrian high-tech company founded in 2017. We develop artificial intelligence (AI) for human-machine communication, offering on-premise Speech-to-Text, Natural Language Processing & Understanding, and Text-to-Speech technologies. Our main product is the ONDEWO Call Center AI platform, which supports call center agents with AI services and automates both inbound and outbound phone calls.

Our customers report higher recognition rates than industry standards. They can customize our AI for their specific needs without coding and deploy it on-premise for full data control and privacy. Our AI makes virtual assistants, chatbots, and voice assistants smarter, automates call processes, and provides AI assistance for customer support, process digitization, and digital products. We also offer a self-service portal where non-technical users can quickly build automation solutions for tasks like email automation, phone call routing, outbound calling and surveying, and voice-based machine controls.

Our AI handles various business functions:

• It assists employees in real-time during semi-automated inbound calls by providing customer information, workflow advice, instructions, and form-filling. This helps reduce training costs and improve efficiency.
• It answers calls and collects customer data before transferring seamlessly to a human agent, which reduces waiting times and gives agents information upfront.
• It autonomously handles simple, repetitive inbound calls for first-level support and customer care, capable of natural conversations and meeting Service Level Agreements.
• It independently makes outbound calls for standardized tasks like clarifying open issues, scheduling, and conducting questionnaires. It can manage hundreds of simultaneous calls and track conversations in real-time.

We customize our AI solutions for industries like Logistics, Energy, Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare, Telecommunication, Public Sector, IT Support & Helpdesk, and Robotics. We have worked with partners, for example, developing an AI prototype for emergency call centers with Frequentis and an automated doctor appointment booking system (ELOQAI). We also use NVIDIA’s AI supercomputer in our development processes.
