Position Overview:
Teramind is committed to leveraging AI to transform our business operations, enhance customer experiences, generate leads, and drive innovation. As we embark on our AI transformation journey, we’re looking for talented individuals who can help us build a culture that embraces AI and uses it to create competitive advantages.
The AI Enablement Manager plays a crucial role in our AI enablement journey. This position is responsible for coordinating AI initiatives across departments, managing implementation projects, and ensuring the successful adoption of AI technologies.
This role can expect to work closely with:
- Marketing to automate lead generation, ads, and personalized email campaigns
- Sales to automate busywork and drive more outbound campaigns
- Partnerships to automate partner recruitment & follow-ups
- Customer Success to automate communication and renewals
- Recruiting to automate and scale-up candidate sourcing

Note: We are hiring multiple people for this position. You can expect to work with fellow team members to lead Teramind’s AI Enablement journey.
The responsibilities will include:
- Leading the transformation of AI within the company, ensuring the organization stays at the forefront of automation.
- Analyze existing business processes to identify opportunities for AI-enabled transformation and efficiency gains
- Researching and evaluating competing tools to build and continuously improve our automation stack.
- Owning the development and implementation of AI solutions to automate processes for departments throughout Teramind.
- Driving field enablement and sales enablement with AI-powered tools to enhance team efficiency.
- Experience with tools like HubSpot, Clay, n8n, Make.com, Jira, and Zapier is preferred
- Experience with Python and SQL is a nice-to-have
- Advanced English level (this is very important!)
Please note that this position is an individual contributor role, requiring hands-on work and close collaboration with the company founder and other senior leadership team members (you will not manage a team).
