About the Role (your why)
As we continue to innovate and scale, we are looking for an AI Solution Architect to join our team and drive the automation and optimization of our software development lifecycle (SDLC). In this role, you’ll have a direct impact on the way we design, implement, and deliver solutions by establishing frameworks and building intelligent agents that will enhance productivity, reduce operational overhead, and streamline development processes. Your work will help to create smarter and more efficient workflows across the entire engineering team.
What you’ll do
- Design and implement AI-driven frameworks to automate and optimise various stages of the SDLC, from requirements gathering to deployment and monitoring.
- Build and maintain intelligent agents that can assist in code reviews, test case generation, and identifying performance bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to identify opportunities for process automation and drive continuous improvements.
- Integrate AI solutions into our existing development tools and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
- Analyse and improve the performance and scalability of AI agents in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to define key success metrics and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest AI trends and technologies, and continuously evaluate new tools that can enhance the SDLC.
What you’ll bring
- Proven experience as an AI Solution Architect or similar role, with a strong understanding of AI/ML principles and their applications in software development.
- Deep expertise in building and deploying AI agents that automate software development processes.
- Strong background in software engineering and an understanding of SDLC, with the ability to design solutions that enhance developer productivity.
- Hands-on experience with AI frameworks, cloud platforms, and development tools.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proven track record of identifying automation opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work across teams and explain complex AI concepts in simple terms.
- A growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning and staying ahead of AI trends.
