About the Role (Your Why)
You’ll be joining a fantastic, highly skilled, and experienced team in our Internal Group Technology organisation who work collaboratively across teams and locations. It is a chance to be part of a group with a strong people, customer, and delivery focus. As an ERP Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for the management and delivery of project tasks and deliverables, and BAU system support issues and requests. You’ll work in collaboration with your peers and other teams to support all aspects of our programme and service delivery. The role will be varied and dynamic, with complex challenges to resolve for and real opportunities to add value. You’ll be working for one of Oracle’s largest NetSuite ERP system customers in Australasia. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on large multi-national enterprise systems experience.
What You’ll Do
- Actively involved in all aspects of our programme and service delivery for our enterprise systems
- Ownership of project tasks and deliverables
- Problem solve complex system issues
- Own the delivery of enhancements and changes to our business processes and systems
- Lead the engagement of senior business stakeholder/process owners
- Support the development of your peers
- Reporting to senior managers and our stakeholder groups
- Own system maintenance activities
- Be part of an highly effective team working collaboratively to achieve the outcomes required
- Quality assurance of work delivered by others
- Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement and build a culture of service excellence
- Display a high level of operational discipline, ensuring that Datacom processes, policies and procedures are followed and adhered to
- Subject matter expert and trusted advisor to the business

What You’ll Bring
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to lead presentations and workshops.
- Excellent customer relationship development and management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong service delivery and user support experience
- Enterprise project delivery experience.
- Experience working with NetSuite ERP system. Senior functional consulting background highly desirable.
- An enterprise accounting background. Qualified accountant highly desirable.
- Experience with Atlassian - Jira, Confluence and Zephyr
- Experience with different project methodologies. Waterfall and agile.
- Technical documentation experience
- Desire and ability to learn fast on the job and through formalised training
- Technical mindset and passion for process and technology
- Strong desire and drive to make an impact and difference
