As Associate Brand Manager, you will be a key contributor to shaping how 100s of millions of people perceive and connect with the Rush Gaming Universe. Your mission? To support in building and elevating RGU into a brand that not only stands out but also creates deep emotional resonance with its audience.

This role demands a strategic executor, a detail-oriented storyteller, and a culturally curious thinker who can translate ideas and insights into powerful brand experiences. Skills & Experience We’re Looking For ⚙️

  • 2–3 years of end-to-end brand marketing experience, ideally within a high-growth, digital-first consumer company (experience in gaming, tech, or youth-focused brands is a strong plus)
  • Brand-First Mindset → A genuine passion for building emotionally resonant brands that create lasting consumer affinity
  • Detail-Oriented Executor → Adept at bringing brand strategy to life through thoughtful, high-quality campaign execution across multiple platforms
  • Resourceful & ROI-Driven → Thinks creatively within constraints, maximizing output and impact with lean resources
  • Strategically Aligned → Understands brand as a business lever and contributes meaningfully to campaign planning and audience positioning
  • Integrated Marketing Experience → Familiarity with both large-scale ATL campaigns (digital, TV, OOH) and focused BTL efforts (content, influencer, experiential)
  • Digitally Native → Fluent in tech and platforms; embraces tools, data, and automation to streamline execution and scale communication
  • Insight-Led → Leverages consumer research, audience data, and market trends to inform storytelling and messaging
  • User-Obsessed → Keeps player behaviour and needs at the core of brand activity, ensuring relevance and connection
  • Outcome-Oriented → Measures success through brand health metrics, campaign effectiveness, and business alignment.

  • Strategy → Collaborate on the planning and execution of integrated brand campaigns, ensuring alignment with broader strategic objectives

  • Strategy → Help identify high-potential brand moments and channels that offer strong ROI and visibility, within a resource-conscious mindset

  • Strategy → Conduct market scans and user insight research to support audience segmentation and campaign refinement

  • Innovation → Contribute to campaign ideas that break convention and drive cultural relevance for RGU

  • Innovation → Explore and apply AI tools, automation, and tech platforms to enhance marketing efficiency and personalization

  • Innovation → Help identify emerging trends and channels that can expand brand reach

  • Innovation → Work with agencies and internal teams to experiment with new formats and creative executions

  • Operations → Manage timelines, budgets, and creative approvals for brand projects and campaigns

  • Operations → Track and analyze campaign performance, sharing insights and learnings
