What Will You Do?
You will play a key role in designing, building and maintaining key dataset and models across the organisation which are driven from our cloud-based data lake infrastructure on AWS. You will work closely with a ringfenced team of system engineers, data analysts and a delivery manager to implement best practices for data management and contribute to the overall success of our data platform. This role is ideal for an enthusiastic individual with a strong analytical background who is passionate about working on innovative data projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in collecting, cleaning, and analysing data from various sources.
- Support the creation of reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Demonstrate a strong willingness to develop technical and analytical skills on the job.
- Work with senior analysts to identify trends and generate actionable insights.
- Ensure accuracy in data collection, cleaning, and reporting tasks.
- Learn and apply SQL and Python for basic data analysis tasks.
- Clearly present simple insights and summaries to team members or stakeholders.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 0–2 years of experience in a data-related role or internship.
- Familiarity with data tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or SQL.
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- A degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, Computer Science).
