We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Director of B2B Operations to oversee our B2B division.
In this essential role, you will work in strong collaboration with the SVP of B2B and partner with all departments to drive execution across B2B teams. Operating in a capacity similar to a COO, you will prioritize project management and cultivate cross-functional collaboration to optimize operational performance and achieve strategic objectives.
The ideal candidate will interface effectively with corporate finance, spearhead strategic initiatives across various B2B teams, and ensure that our division achieves profitability while sustaining rapid growth.
You will:
- Adaptability: Respond to evolving business needs and remain agile in a dynamic environment.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work effectively with corporate finance and other B2B teams to drive strategic initiatives and enhance operational efficiency.
- Project Management: Oversee key projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely execution.
- Presentation Leadership: Lead the creation of impactful presentations for board meetings and executive stakeholders, effectively communicating key insights and strategies.
- Operational Efficiency: Identify and implement operational efficiencies to elevate the performance of the B2B division.
- KPI Development: Collaborate with corporate finance and B2B finance and revenue operations teams to define and implement key KPIβs that enhance budget development and reporting, ensuring alignment with P&L, business objectives and fostering accountability.
- Performance Monitoring: Collaborate with all GTM teams and revenue operations to monitor key KPIs to evaluate the success of B2B initiatives and drive continuous improvements.
- GTM Compensation Strategy: Collaborate with GTM teams and leadership to implement effective compensation plans that boost performance and profitability.
- Resource Optimization: Optimize staffing and resource allocation to enhance team performance and project outcomes.
You have:
- Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in operations management, particularly within B2B environments.
- Proven expertise in project management and a strong track record of leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience in optimizing P&L within B2B environments, focusing on enhancing revenue streams, reducing costs, and improving overall financial performance.
- Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management skills, with experience creating executive-level presentations that drive decision-making.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in analyzing financial data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Proven ability to identify process improvements and implement effective strategic solutions.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven decision-making approach.
- Proficiency in B2B GTM tools and business intelligence tools such as Tableau or similar; familiarity with AI productivity tools is essential.
