We started in 2020 to help pets stay healthy. We provide pet insurance and optional preventive care plans for dogs and cats.
Our accident and illness coverage reimburses up to 90% of eligible vet bills. We cover dental illnesses, behavioral issues, hereditary conditions, parasite infections, prescription food and supplements for covered conditions, alternative therapies, and in-office and virtual vet exam fees for accident and illness-related visits.
We also have an optional wellness package, Preventive Essentials, for routine care like annual wellness exams, essential vaccines, and parasite screening tests. For urgent situations, PumpkinNow can reimburse eligible expenses in as little as 15 minutes.
Our plans are available for all dog and cat breeds and do not reduce coverage as pets get older. We cover treatment from any licensed vet in the US or Canada and offer a 10% discount for additional pets. We were rated the #1 pet insurance on Google in 2024 among brands with over 2,500 reviews.
