Job summary

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Bid Manager to lead and coordinate responses to formal client procurement requests for EMEA region. This will include Requests for Proposals (RFP), Requests for Informations (RFI), Pre Qualification Questionnaires (PQQ), and Invitations to Tenders (ITT). You will play a key role in producing high-quality, persuasive proposals that showcase our strengths, values and positioning as a most trusted Atlassian partner.

Your Responsibilities will be articulated around 4 key pillars:

  • Bid Management
  • Content Development, Refinement and Archival
  • Metrics and KPIs
  • Team Management

Reporting to the Head of Bid Management, your missions are likely to include but are not limited to :

  • Manage the end-to-end bid process, ensuring timely and compliant submission of proposals;
  • Organize bid launch workshops, define response strategies, and coordinate internal contributors;
  • Draft, structure, and refine proposal content in collaboration with Sales, Technical, and Marketing teams;
  • Maintain and enhance our bid content library for relevance, quality, and consistency;
  • Track bid performance metrics, win/loss ratios, and client feedback to support continuous improvement;
  • Lead cross-functional bid teams in a collaborative, high-performance environment.

Do you have what it takes to be our new Bid Manager ?

You have proven experience managing complex bids, preferably within a tech or IT environment. You demonstrate strong project management capabilities and can effectively coordinate multiple stakeholders while ensuring deadlines are consistently met.

Your writing, analytical, and communication skills are exceptional, along with a high level of organization and attention to detail. You’re able to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. You also bring excellent interpersonal skills and natural leadership qualities—someone who can inspire and guide cross-functional teams toward a common goal.

Fluency in local language and English, both written and spoken, are required.

Bid management is all about precision, planning, and performance under pressure. Deadlines aren’t suggestions — they’re your driving force.
