We are a wholesale platform for licensed cannabis commerce, founded in 2018 by Vince C. Ning and Jun S. Lee, and backed by Y Combinator.

We offer an integrated wholesale solution that includes an online marketplace, multi-channel fulfillment, payment processing, flexible financing, data analytics, and sales and marketing services. We supply licensed dispensaries with a portfolio of over 9,000 SKUs from more than 400 cannabis brands. We coordinate cannabis distribution from production to delivery using over 90 vehicles and 133,000 square feet of warehouse space.

We operate in California, New York, and Nevada, fulfilling over 3,500 wholesale orders each week. Our software provides real-time visibility into sales, operational, and financial metrics, with custom reporting and dashboards.

We have a team of over 220 employees. We were co-founded by Vince C. Ning (CEO) and Jun S. Lee. Our leadership includes an Executive Team and a Leadership Team, with roles like President, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, General Counsel, and various VPs and Directors.
