Schedule: Monday – Friday (07:00 AM - 04:00 PM PHT)
What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Australian bookkeeping functions
- Proficiency in Xero (end-to-end bookkeeping), HubDoc
- Strong understanding of transaction coding from source documents
- Knowledge of Accounts Receivable and Payable processes and experience with payroll processing
- Skilled in Balance Sheet reconciliation and BAS preparation
- Ability to conduct Profit and Loss reviews
- Ability to use and adapt to other accounting software as needed
Nice to Have:
- CRM Software Proficiency
What will you do?
Perform full-cycle bookkeeping using Xero
Code transactions accurately based on source documents
Handle monthly Accounts Receivable and Payable reconciliations
Process and manage payroll
Reconcile clearing accounts and third-party app data
Post and review manual journal entries
Execute catch-up bookkeeping tasks as required
Prepare and submit Business Activity Statements (BAS)
Conduct regular Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss reviews
Manage practice administration tasks such as:
- Accounts Receivable follow-up
- Client onboarding
- Document filing and records management
