⭐ Role Overview
The Brand Marketing Manager at Lodgify will be the driving force behind our brand marketing campaigns. Reporting directly to VP of Marketing, you will oversee a team of up to 7 members, ensuring that every campaign not only boosts brand awareness and delivers long-term brand impact but also consistently reflects our brand identity, visual identity, and strategic brand direction. Your leadership will shape how Lodgify is perceived by our global audience, reinforcing our positioning and strengthening our presence in the vacation rental industry.
⭐ How will you make an impact?
- Owning brand marketing campaigns. You will plan, direct, and oversee campaigns that drive brand awareness and long-term brand equity across multiple channels.
- Ensuring brand consistency. Every piece of communication will align with Lodgify’s brand identity, visual guidelines, and strategic positioning.
- Overseeing the creative process. You will provide strategic direction to the team, ensuring that all creative assets are aligned with Lodgify’s brand strategy, identity, and visual guidelines.
- Leading with vision and creativity. In a fast-moving, tech-driven world, you will set Lodgify apart by developing innovative brand campaigns that make a lasting impression and create an emotional foundation for the Lodgify brand.
- Collaborating and influencing. You will build strong relationships across departments and external partners to ensure alignment and amplify brand impact.
- Measuring and optimizing success. You will define KPIs, track performance, and adjust strategies to maximize reach, resonance, and relevance of the brand initiatives.
- Guiding and developing the team. You will manage, mentor, and empower your team to deliver high-quality creative and strategic work that consistently elevates the Lodgify brand.

👩🚀 You’ll be successful if you have
- 7+ years in brand marketing , with 3+ years managing and scaling marketing teams.
- Proven experience leading brand marketing campaigns and building brand equity, ideally in tech or SaaS companies.
- Strong leadership skills: able to mentor, guide, and inspire a team of up to 7 members.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
