Job Description

We’re a fast-growing SaaS startup transforming the eCommerce and retail space. We’re looking for a proactive, creative, and strategic Brand Marketing Specialist who understands digital marketing dynamics and excels at using tools like HubSpot, product animation platforms (including Bravo), and has a strong flair for creative writing.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a startup environment, is comfortable taking initiative, and can adapt strategies quickly in a fast-paced market.

Your Responsibilities

  • Brand Strategy: Craft and execute brand strategies that align with our business goals and resonate with our target audience.
  • Content Creation: Write compelling, on-brand copy for campaigns, websites, emails, product releases, and social media (videos, infographics, animations).
  • Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and measure marketing campaigns across digital platforms using tools like HubSpot.
  • Product Storytelling: Translate product features into value-driven messaging using product animation tools and visual storytelling techniques.
  • Bravo Integration: Design interactive prototypes using Bravo Studio.
  • Market Positioning: Conduct competitor research and contribute to refining our voice and positioning in the SaaS and retail tech space.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in a SaaS startup environment
  • Strong command of creative writing, with the ability to adapt tone and voice for different audiences.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot (or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms)
  • Familiarity with Bravo Studio and product animation tools like LottieFiles, After Effects, or Figma.
  • A solid understanding of the eCommerce and retail tech landscape.
  • Passion for storytelling, design thinking, and brand consistency.
  • Excellent project management skills and a collaborative spirit.
