As a Business Development Executive specialising in the Dutch market, you will proactively engage with potential clients to identify opportunities for growth and establish Excelerate360 as a leader in the tech industry.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Identifying and researching new business opportunities to generate Sales Qualified Leads.
Conducting outreach through various channels such as phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn messaging to connect with prospects.
Building and maintaining initial relationships with prospects to secure qualified appointments.
Managing internal CRM processes (Salesforce) to document activities, feedback, and lead qualification details.
Measuring and recording daily sales activities to assess performance.
Collaborating closely with the Enterprise Sales and/or Inside Sales teams to strategize and share insights.
Engaging and building relationships with C-level executives in target companies.
Contributing to the evolution of our lead qualification and sales processes.
Aiming to meet or exceed monthly qualified leads quota to support overall business objectives.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in business development or sales, preferably in the technology or IT sector.
Sales Passion: A fervent interest in new business sales and prospecting.
Energy & Positivity: A hard worker who can maintain a positive attitude while achieving a high volume of daily outbound activities.
Cold Outreach Expertise: Proven experience in cold outreach and prospecting through platforms like LinkedIn.
Team Player: A competitive, driven individual who thrives in a collaborative environment.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems and sales engagement tools.
Organizational Skills: Strong ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
Creole Thinking: Ability to think creatively and strategically in approach to lead generation.
Language Requirement: Must be fluent in Dutch (both spoken and written)
Remote Work: This position is fully remote, requiring strong self-discipline and motivation.
Part-Time: This is a part-time role covered over Monday-Friday - 18.75 hours per week
21 Annual leave days in year 1, rising to 25 days (plus bank holidays)
Β£16,000 per annum plus Β£2,000 uncapped commission.
