Our Property Lead Engine helps capture client interest and generate revenue. The Homeowner App Ecosystem offers embeddable applications for advice, lead generation, nurturing, and property management portals. We also provide tools to monitor, analyze, and assess risk across property and mortgage portfolios, including bulk analysis for asset optimization and data-driven underwriting evaluations.

We collect and analyze real estate data, including transaction data, listings, urban amenities, socio-economics, and building permits, building a proprietary database across our operating countries. We develop proprietary machine learning algorithms for automated valuation models (AVM) that explain how various parameters impact property prices. We also use AI to forecast urban changes. These insights are available through an intuitive dashboard and APIs for clients.

We operate in 11 countries: Switzerland, France, Germany, Austria, the United Kingdom, Japan, the Netherlands, Belgium, Czech Republic, Slovakia, and the United States. Our solutions are available across Europe and Asia. In a recent month, we analyzed EUR 24 billion worth of properties.
