Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and relationship-building

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the BPO industry
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
