Looking for an exciting opportunity to launch your career in tech sales? We are looking for an exceptional Business Development Representative to join our team and help us reach new heights in 2025 and beyond!

Based remotely in APAC (mostly preferred location in GTM+6 to GMT+9), this position will report to the Head of Revenue Operations based in our HQ in Brussels.

About the role

You will be instrumental in our APAC region’s expansion by generating new business opportunities and supporting our sales efforts through strategic outreach.

What will you do

  1. Generate and Qualify Leads:
  • Identify and engage with potential customers through email, phone, and social media to create new business opportunities.

  • Qualify inbound leads and guide them through the sales pipeline.

  • Schedule and conduct initial meetings and product demos for qualified leads.

  • Become a product expert, understanding App Store Marketing and the competitive landscape.

2. Collaborate and Strategize:

  • Work closely with Account Executives to build effective outbound strategies.

  • Align with marketing campaigns to amplify lead generation efforts.

  • Partner with teams such as Product and Sales to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

  • Contribute to creating and promoting case studies, testimonials, and strategic content for events and webinars.

3. Drive Engagement and Awareness:

  • Represent AppTweak at major mobile marketing conferences and networking events to enhance brand awareness.

  • Engage with senior executives in the mobile industry to foster relationships and promote AppTweak’s reputation.

  • Support and contribute to organizing App Marketing-related events, and leverage webinars to increase brand visibility and drive lead generation.

Requirements

Must-have:

  • Recent graduate, with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Communication, or a relevant field.

  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a bonus! Chinese is a big plus).

  • A genuine interest in starting a career in technology sales.

  • A first internship or work experience in Sales (Inside Sales, SDR, BDR, etc.).

  • A self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for solving problems and learning from feedback.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. You can turn complex ideas into simple, compelling messages.

  • A proactive attitude with an entrepreneurial spirit. You’re excited about building relationships and hitting targets.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.

  • Tech-savvyness.

  • Excellent organizational skills to manage time and priorities effectively.

Nice-to-have:

  • Chinese proficiency.

  • Experience in SaaS-based companies or the digital marketing industry.

  • Familiarity with sales tools like HubSpot, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

  • Experience in digital marketing or analytics.

Location: remote, from South-East Asia - preferably in Malaysia, Vietnam or Philippines.
