We started Dutchie in 2017 to build software for the cannabis industry. We offer a full operating system for dispensaries, helping them manage their business and sell cannabis products. Our platform supports over 6,500 dispensaries across the U.S. and Canada, handling over $22 billion in sales and 1 million transactions every day.

We provide a range of solutions for dispensaries. Our e-commerce tools include product recommendations, one-click reordering, SEO features, discount management, back-in-stock alerts, and social logins for online shopping. Our Point of Sale (POS) system is designed for quick checkouts, ensures compliance, offers personalized upsells, self-service kiosks, and features to help boost tips and loyalty signups. For payments, we offer cashless options including pay-by-bank (ACH), integrated card payments, and Birchmount gift card redemption.

Our loyalty and marketing tools include email campaigns, customer loyalty programs, a native mobile app, and ways to segment customers for specific promotions. For CRM and personalization, we give budtenders customer data and insights to personalize interactions and suggest products based on customer preferences. Our back-of-house features help dispensaries run smoothly with a universal discount engine, detailed reporting, integrated compliance tools for state traceability systems like METRC and Biotrack, delivery management, and inventory control.

Dutchie 2.0 is our cloud-based platform. It’s built for security and stability, letting businesses manage everything from one place. It includes a single pricing engine, unified customer data, enterprise APIs, and is SOC1/SOC2/HIPAA compliant.

We work in over 40 markets and partner with more than 6,500 retailers and brands. We also contribute millions to various social impact causes.

Our mission is to create safe and easy access to cannabis. We also partner with the Last Prisoner Project, a non-profit organization working to free people incarcerated for cannabis offenses.
