Requirements
- 2+ years of quota-driven sales experience selling to enterprises
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with modern sourcing, prospecting, and outreach tools
- Strong product intuition and proven track record of understanding complex, technical products
- Strong understanding of Enterprise SaaS business models
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills
Responsibilities
- Source new opportunities through a combination in-person and virtual strategies, being the first point of contact for all new leads
- Drive the sales process through lead identification, outreach, qualification, and nurturing
- Help Glide become an established brand by attending conferences, hosting events, visiting prospects, and pitching at competitions
- Build and refine the sales processes from the ground up, including vetting and implementing sales tools
- Negotiate and close large, strategic accounts alongside the founders
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience selling an fintech or financial services product
- Previously built sales processes from the ground up at an early-stage startup
- An entrepreneurial, self-starter spirit
