We’re now looking for a full-time Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our EMEA BDR team.

You will be responsible for helping to build the sales pipeline, primarily in the Nordics, with the opportunity to prospect across EMEA. This is a hybrid role, and we expect you to work from our Barcelona or London office 3 to 4 times per week.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Engage in targeted outbound demand generation: reach out to stakeholders in your assigned target accounts via email, phone, and social media to raise awareness of RELEX’s value proposition.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule qualified meetings for the Sales team.
  • Collaborate closely with the regional sales team to build and support a robust manufacturing sales pipeline.
  • Research target accounts and key stakeholders to craft and deliver personalised, compelling outreach.
  • Help promote and follow up on physical and virtual events, ensuring high-quality lead engagement.

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • Professional fluency in English and either Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills across multiple channels.
  • Confidence engaging with senior executives at prospective customer organisations.
  • A proactive and independent working style.
  • Tenacity and resilience when faced with rejection.
  • Eagerness to learn, grow, and bring a strong can-do attitude to the team.

What we consider an advantage:

  • Professional fluency in other major European languages.
  • Understanding of Manufacturing’s core processes (production planning, supply chain management, quality control, and inventory optimisation).
  • Experience with Salesforce and Salesloft.
  • Business Development experience.
