Role Overview:
Revefi is seeking an experienced Business Development Representative (BDR) with 2-5 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating and qualifying leads, building relationships with key decision-makers, and contributing to revenue growth.This role requires immediate contribution—ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
$60,000 - $100,000 a year
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and research potential enterprise clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking events.
- Qualification: Assess and qualify leads to determine fit and potential value, ensuring alignment with Revefi’s solutions.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within target organizations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective outreach strategies.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions and progress in the CRM system, providing regular updates to management.
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
- Early stage Startup experience
- 2-5 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales or business development
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to learn to understand customer environment, needs and challenges.
- Self-Motivation: Highly motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Tools: Familiarity with sales and marketing tools such as Hubspot, Apollo, Seamless.
Preferred:
- Experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Data management or analytics.
