This position is 100% remote.
Job Overview:
RPM Healthcare is looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for using HubSpot’s prebuilt sequences (leveraging automated/manual emails, calls, ZoomInfo and LinkedIn) to schedule meetings with mid-sized medical practices and health systems. You will also log all activity in HubSpot and make 150+ cold calls per week to build relationships and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage and Set Meetings with healthcare organizations, including hospitals, health systems, medical groups, physician practices, and payers, through cold calls, targeted emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate new business opportunities.
- Effectively communicate the value of RPM Healthcare’s solutions to potential clients.
- Collaborate with Sales Executives to create tailored prospecting strategies, ensuring monthly meeting goals are met.
- Utilize tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo to identify, qualify, and track leads.
- Consistently execute outbound prospecting efforts by following strategic sequences in HubSpot, utilizing high-volume calls, LinkedIn, and emails, while staying organized and adaptable to changing priorities.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in business development, sales, or telemarketing (healthcare industry experience is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage prospects over the phone.
- Comfortable making 150+ cold calls per week and managing a high volume of outreach.
- Experience with HubSpot and ZoomInfo preferred
- Results-driven, with a strong desire to meet and exceed goals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
