About NewRich Network:
NewRich is a fast-growing hybrid SaaS and educational platform built around creator commerce. We empower coaches, experts, and digital entrepreneurs to launch courses, host live sessions, and build subscription-based communities.
We’re looking for a Creator Acquisitions Coordinator to help grow our content partnerships and support top creators on our platform.
What You’ll Do
Help manage the full content lifecycle — from acquisition to launch.
Keep communication with content partners organized and clear.
Track content availability calendars and ensure key content is launched on time.
Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Editorial, Product) and content suppliers.
Help acquire premium content for our community platform.
Take notes on partner calls and follow up on next steps.
Assist in reviewing and approving content before it goes live.
Bring ideas to improve our creator experience.
2+ years of experience in content partnerships, media coordination, or digital media.
Experience with contracts or content deals is a plus.
Great communication and organization skills.
Comfortable using CRM tools, Excel, Google Sheets, Slides, etc.
Strong attention to detail.
Passion for creators, online content, or digital communities.
Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Work remotely with a small and passionate team.
Have a real impact on product and strategy.
