About NewRich Network:

NewRich is a fast-growing hybrid SaaS and educational platform built around creator commerce. We empower coaches, experts, and digital entrepreneurs to launch courses, host live sessions, and build subscription-based communities.

We’re looking for a Creator Acquisitions Coordinator to help grow our content partnerships and support top creators on our platform.

What You’ll Do

  • Help manage the full content lifecycle β€” from acquisition to launch.

  • Keep communication with content partners organized and clear.

  • Track content availability calendars and ensure key content is launched on time.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Editorial, Product) and content suppliers.

  • Help acquire premium content for our community platform.

  • Take notes on partner calls and follow up on next steps.

  • Assist in reviewing and approving content before it goes live.

  • Bring ideas to improve our creator experience.

  • 2+ years of experience in content partnerships, media coordination, or digital media.

  • Experience with contracts or content deals is a plus.

  • Great communication and organization skills.

  • Comfortable using CRM tools, Excel, Google Sheets, Slides, etc.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Passion for creators, online content, or digital communities.

  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Work remotely with a small and passionate team.

  • Have a real impact on product and strategy.
