We offer a full-time remote or hybrid position, with our main offices located in Athens, Greece.
The role within Aqurance:
The Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for designing and delivering data solutions using modern BI tools and technologies. This includes Power BI, Python for data analysis and automation, complex SQL queries, and ETL methodologies. The role involves automating reports, analyzing data, and supporting decision-making.
Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Windows environments is essential.

The right candidate to apply for this job holds a bachelor’s degree related to Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related knowledge area and has proven working experience in customer-facing positions.
He/She will be responsible for:
- Analyzing and interpreting customer business needs into application and operational requirements.
- Identifying and preparing business requirements gap analysis reports.
- Performing data modeling and producing detailed functional designs.
- Preparing technical solution mockups to assist in presales and contract purposes.
- Designing, developing, and automating data solutions using Power BI, Python, SQL, and ETL processes.
- Implementing solution integration with data visualization and reporting software.
- Providing progress and status reports on project development.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer information systems or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience working as a Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
- Proficiency in Python for data analysis, manipulation, and automation (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
- Excellent command of SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Solid understanding of ETL methodologies and tools.
- Good command of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Project & Visio).
- Good command of Windows Client & Server operating systems.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) concepts.
Previous experience in Life Sciences and Pharma Industry is a plus.
