Job description
This role is for a highly motivated individual who can drive efficiency and innovation within our business operations. As a Business Operations Analyst, you’ll leverage your expertise in automation, continuous improvement, and analysis to drive operational excellence by identifying opportunity areas, streamlining processes, implementing automation solutions, and leading cross-functional projects. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to deliver measurable improvements and ensure alignment with business objectives, with flexible hours to support collaboration with other teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with teams to identify painpoints and operational bottlenecks
Lead continuous improvement projects-from problem definition to implementing solutions to measurement of results
Develop and implement automation workflows using AI, scripting, or low-code platforms.
Lead projects from ideation to completion, managing timelines, resources, and stakeholders.
Use analytics tools to uncover performance trends and recommend optimizations.
Document processes, track project outcomes, and report impact to leadership.
Train and support teams on new tools and processes to drive adoption.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in business operations analysis, with a strong focus on automation and continuous improvement.
Proven experience in project management, with the ability to lead multiple projects concurrently.
Knowledge of process improvement frameworks like Kaizen, Six Sigma, or Agile is advantageous.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Demonstrated proficiency with automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, Python, or any low-code automation tools).
Proficient in data analysis using tools like Excel or Power BI.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization.
