Our Business Enablement team is growing, and we’re seeking a leader who is passionate about building effective relationships with our internal customers in our business units and other corporate departments. Possessing the ability to align strategic priorities with a focus on execution is critical to how Clover’s mission will be achieved. This role will help reshape the nature of communication, collaboration, planning and proactive ways of operating between CLOVTech and the business stakeholders. Reporting to the VP, Technology Strategy, this role will also work closely in partnership with the Sr. Manager EPMO & BRM to focus on maturing CLOVTech’s delivery and relationship capabilities. The ultimate goal is to enable CLOVTech to operate as a trusted business partner and make things easier for the business to do what’s right for Clover Health.
As the Business Relationship Manager (BRM) you will:
- Serve as the primary liaison between CLOVTech and internal business stakeholders, understanding their needs and translating them into technology solutions, supporting portfolio management for business areas.
- Drive the adoption and effective utilization of technology initiatives to achieve business outcomes and enhance operational efficiency, ensuring alignment with Clover Health and CLOVTech strategies.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between technical and business teams to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with strategic goals, including portfolio objectives.
- Champion business priorities within the technology organization, advocating for resources and solutions that address key challenges and opportunities in the business portfolio as a point of escalation when necessary.
Success in this role looks like:
- Within the first 90 days, you will have established strong relationships with key business stakeholders and gained a clear understanding of their technology needs and strategic objectives, specifically regarding their portfolio management requirements.
- Within 6 months, you will have established clear communication channels for transparent and consistent communications with stakeholders and successfully facilitated the initiation and progress of several key technology projects, demonstrating clear value to the business and ensuring measurable stakeholder satisfaction, with a focus on supporting business area portfolios in alignment with CLOVTech.
- Future success will be measured by your ability to proactively identify and address business needs leveraging technology, fostering a strong partnership that drives innovation and continuous improvement across the organization, and effectively supporting the alignment of business area portfolios with Clover Health objectives and CLOVTech’s capabilities.

- You are a strong, balanced-leader who is passionate about Customer Advocacy and a Systems-Thinker, never losing sight of the big picture. You are consistently conveying awareness of how decisions regarding ideas, projects, teams, and risks are all connected and impact the business.
- You have 5-7 years of experience in healthcare particularly in a BRM role or similar liaison role with proven experience working across organizational lines and multiple levels from staff to C-suite.
- You are ambitious, entrepreneurial and excited by the opportunity to redefine technology approaches, own and lead projects while collaborating with cross-functional team members.
- You are eager to leverage your relational, technical and operational abilities to deliver on the needs of your stakeholders.
- You are mission-driven and excited by how technology can change the healthcare landscape and improve the health, happiness, and quality of life of our members. .

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is $135,000 to $180,000. Final pay is based on several factors including but not limited to internal equity, market data, and the applicant’s education, work experience, certifications, etc.
