Job Overview:

The B2P Sales Representative is responsible for achieving sales targets monthly. This position is responsible for calling and emailing industry professionals about meeting their license education requirements. Key outcomes of this role are helping professionals determine which courses they need and signing them up. Sales Representatives must meet monthly call and income goals to achieve monthly commissions. This position requires a highly motivated customer relationship professional to maximize sales potential and build loyalty with each customer.

Responsibilities:

·         Make outbound calls based on company provided leads

·         Prospecting of potential, existing, and past customers

·         Process payments and handle questions for inbound callers

Generate sales by helping licensed tradespeople with their education requirements

·         Make outbound sales phone calls to customers; existing, potential, and past

·         In conjunction with customers, create reoccurring call and purchase plans

·         Anticipate and identify ways to grow accounts, including upsells, referrals, and renewals

·         Explore opportunities with existing accounts for upsell and expansion of existing contracts

·         Anticipate, identify, and escalate accounts that are in jeopardy and make recommendations on course of action

·         Articulate value by conducting effective product demonstrations

·         Provide strategic direction to help customers meet business goals, overcome objections and impediments

·         Partner with internal teams as needed to address specific customer concerns

·         Manage and monitor the relationship health of accounts, mitigate risks, and maintain high customer satisfaction ratings

·         Provide ongoing account support with regularly scheduled check-in points

·         Regularly share deal wins and losses for win/loss analysis

Requirements

Competencies Required:

  • Ability to motivate and energize audiences to embrace need for technology-based training solutions

  • Strong ability to listen and collect information, then to communicate and assist customers with their needs, via phone and email

  • Ability to work well with others to positively impact sales results of the team and better serve customers

  • Consistent achievement of individual sales goals and experience working in a team-based sales model

  • Strong account management skills within a team-based sales model

  • Self-motivated and energetic with a drive to succeed

  • Must be organized and possess ability to work independently to implement shared strategies developed by business unit leadership

  • Strong communication and relationship building skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and resources simultaneously

  • Strong time and territory management skills

  • Strong business acumen and an entrepreneurial approach to driving revenue growth

  • Ability to learn and use dedicated software applications

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

  • Ability to communicate directly with others

  • Desire to have fun while working

  • Growth and change mindset

Performance Expectations:

1. Meet and/or exceed quarterly revenue targets

2. Drive upsells, referrals, and renewals

3. Delight customers and ensure satisfaction with support and service

Please note this position is a contract position with an initial contract of 3 months, with the option for an extension. This will pay pays $16/hour and will include monthly commissions that average around $1,500/month but are not capped.
