The successful candidate will play an integral role in driving engagement across the business and building long standing relationships with your key stakeholders.
The role is primarily remote, however you may be asked to attend our Cardiff or Newport office when required.
What does the role of Change Delivery Lead look like day to day?
- Lead and coordinate all Business and IT change activities across multiple teams and external partners, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities and timelines
- Facilitate and chair Change Prioritisation and Triage forums, driving consensus among cross-functional stakeholders including developers, designers, testers and senior leadership
- Oversee the scheduling and management of change deliverables by the appropriate Delivery Teams, proactively resolving challenges to maintain momentum and quality
- Proactively monitor resource allocation and progress against agreed timelines, identifying and escalating risks, issues or delays to maintain delivery momentum
- Champion a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, cost optimisation, revenue growth and stakeholder satisfaction
- Establish and maintain strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels, fostering transparent communication and collaborative problem-solving
- Provide strategic guidance and influence on change governance, ensuring adherence to risk management protocols and compliance requirements
- Oversee the development of accurate cost estimated and impact assessments, enabling informed decision-making throughout the change lifecycle
- Track and review actual costs against forecasts, challenging variances where necessary and escalating significant deviations to senior stakeholders

The successful candidate will ideally have experience in the following areas:
Proven experience in change management or coordination roles, demonstrating a track record of successfully supporting complex change initiatives.
Solid understanding of cost estimation and impact assessment processes, enabling informed decision-making and financial oversight.
Familiarity with resource planning, capacity management, and delivery scheduling best practices to ensure effective utilisation of organisational assets.
Demonstrated proficiency in key tools such as Microsoft Office Suite and JIRA, facilitating efficient tracking and communication of change activities.
Experience within the Financial Services sector, bringing valuable industry insight and contextual knowledge.
Exposure to a variety of project delivery methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile frameworks, with the ability to adapt approaches to suit specific programme needs.
Awareness of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Software as a Service (SaaS) operational models, contributing to broader understanding of service delivery environments.
Familiarity with regulatory and compliance-driven change, supporting governance and risk mitigation efforts.
A competitive salary starting at £60,000 per annum, depending on experience
