We are looking for a data driven and growth hacker CRO Manager who will make the CRO system scalable by implementing the right automation tools, set up proper tracking and visuals for proper analysis and most importantly integrate with BI and Data Science to discover how we can scale through automations not only our analysis but also our ability to scale through predictive analytics. This person will plan, strategize, lead and own the A/B testing backlog for the most important funnels of traffic across multiple customer journeys (acquisition paid, retention own channels, etc) to drive incremental revenue and profits working cross functionally with channel and Growth Product owners.
Expected Outcomes & Responsibilities
- Hire, lead and coach a matrixed, cross-functional CRO team to define and operationalize workflows required to successfully execute CRO tests and optimizations that can scale across the company.
- Create and develop the CRO Program that will enable the team to make an impact in multiple structures considering departments and multiple brands. This will be a Proprietary CRO Program within the company and used as part of the Trafilea Group foundations.
- Build the system and Funnels optimization process for our acquisition channels through the implementations of landing pages, prelanders and flows that goes from the first touchpoint until the thank you page to maximize the return on investment.
- Integrate automation tools and predictive models that could accelerate the implementation, analysis and scale up the multivariable tests we want to implement.
- Act as an expert within our optimization metrics and work on the construction of Dashboards and models that will serve the future purpose of multiple CRO squads across brands and regions.
- Scale our CRO capabilities and process across not only channels but also journeys connected to our digital products (Shapermint Club, Loyalty Program, Referral, Stores, Checkouts, App, etc).
- Develop the web testing and personalization strategy and roadmap; Develop and implement cross teams the entire testing process from beginning to end and from ideation through analysis and retrospectives.
- Execute and make key decisions on A/B testing, multivariate testing, lead generation form testing, and site personalization to improve user experience and increase site conversion rates
- Build the CRO Testing Center inside Trafilea to coach, evangelize, document and share best practices to colleagues across the company
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in the CRO or A/B testing fields
- Ability to work independently, as well as productively partnering with cross-functional teams to meet objectives.
- Strong data-analysis skills with ability to see the big picture and deep dive
- A customer-centric, analytical and ROI based approach to all decision making.
- Creative and relentless problem-solver
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Funnel optimization experience beyon in-store UX/UI tests
- Experience optimizing prices and offers
