Keeper Security is hiring a Communications Manager, EMEA to join our global communications team. Qualified candidates must permanently reside in Ireland. This is a hybrid position for those living within a commutable distance to our Cork, Ireland office, or fully remote for those living outside a commutable distance.

About the Role

The Communications Manager, EMEA will report to Keeper’s Sr. Director of Global Communications and collaborate with an elite team of industry experts and external agencies, functioning as the primary driver of Keeper’s brand awareness in EMEA through the creation and distribution of press releases, social media, thought leadership articles, research and other content. This individual must bring a clear understanding of the traditional media and social media landscape within EMEA, existing relationships with media outlets, excellent writing skills and the ability to distill technical information into plain language. This role requires a self-starter who is excited to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage media engagements for the EMEA region, including handling proactive content and inbound requests for interviews and statements

  • Draft and distribute content including press releases, media advisories and byline articles

  • Develop multifaceted communications, event and strategic plans to support regional public relations and analyst relations efforts

  • Manage editorial, research, analyst relations and other planning calendars for the EMEA region

  • Manage company-led surveys and research in the region from planning to execution

  • Develop campaigns and write content including, but not limited to, social media, blogs, award entries and relevant internal materials such as slide decks

  • Track and develop analytical reports of traditional media and social media performance

  • Attend and provide public relations support at events including cybersecurity conferences and Formula 1 activations

  • Maintain the EMEA region’s media pages on keepersecurity.com

  • Quickly and effectively manage crisis communications, as necessary

  • 5+ years of professional public relations, social media and communications experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, public relations or relevant field

  • Ability to build cross-functional relationships, influence and collaborate at all organizational levels including with senior executives

  • Confident team player with the ability to operate in a dynamic environment

  • Outstanding organizational and project management skills

  • Results-driven and detail-oriented self-starter who strives for excellence

  • Understanding of basic cybersecurity concepts with experience in the cybersecurity or technology space preferred

  • Ability to distill complicated information into plain language

  • Willingness to travel up to 10%
