Job description

Company Overview

Regrello is a four year-old, fast growing technology company that is disrupting the manufacturing and supply chain space. Founded by industry veterans, including former executives from Oracle, Salesforce, NetSuite, Palantir, Apple, Amazon, Microsoft, and McKinsey. Regrello serves any company with large, complex supply chains. We are backed by premier investors such as Andreessen Horowitz, Tiger Global, Mubadala, Bloomberg, and Ram Shriram, the first investor in Google.

The Venture

In late 2020, Regrello embarked on a mission to transform the global manufacturing industry, which is hindered by inefficient and outdated processes. Regrello’s Intelligent Supply Chain Manager replaces >80% of non-value added human work with AI-powered solutions.  Free from email and spreadsheet work, our customers are free to build deeper supplier relationships, experiment and innovate for growth.

Culture and Compensation

Regrello nurtures a customer-centric, product-driven environment, supporting a flexible, hybrid/remote work setup from our bases in the US and Mexico. We aim to attract the best talent in the industry by offering competitive compensation packages, including equity options and comprehensive health benefits.

The Problem We Solve

Regrello has proven it dramatically accelerates the execution of manufacturing operations at scale. Regrello automates manual work, recapturing time and driving down costs, and can be implemented in days without armies of consultants or large internal IT efforts.

You

You are world class in helping enterprises see how new technologies can help transform the way they work.  You are obsessed with finding the most effective ways to bring technology solutions to life for both IT and business customers.  You listen carefully to understand the customer’s job-to-be-done, and translate that into immersive experiences that help them see their future.  You have an extensive understanding of typical large enterprise systems and how they might integrate into transformational AI approaches. You have a deep curiosity to learn customers’ unique cultures and processes in order to tailor the best possible solution for their needs.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Business)
  • 3 + years of practical experience in enterprise software implementation, or business process consulting, preferably in Supply Chain Management (SCM), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), or related solutions.
  • Experience leading two or more software implementations, directly managing modules or workstreams across all project stages, including design, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Strong business process design and configuration knowledge, with expertise in key enterprise processes such as Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Record to Report.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and deliver complex implementations on time and within scope.
  • Specialized aptitude with the ability to configure software, understand technical components of software implementations, including integrations and APIs, and apply them to develop and deliver solutions.
  • Ability to understand and analyze customers’ existing technology stacks (e.g., ERP systems, CRM platforms) and recommend optimized business processes to maximize value.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust and credibility with executive, business process owners and technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills to articulate the business value of technology solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent presentation skills, in particular through product demos.
  • Experience with data analytics, AI/ML concepts, and their application in a business context is a significant plus.
  • Some understanding of core supply chain processes, for example including planning, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, and distribution is a plus.
  • Ability to travel both domestically and internationally for customer meetings.

What you will do:

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of Regrello’s solutions and customization to meet client-specific requirements.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes, technical environments, and strategic objectives, translating these into tailored implementation plans.
  • Scope solutions based on client requirements and develop timelines to deliver the scoped solution effectively, ensuring alignment with project goals and deadlines.
  • Facilitate discovery workshops, deliver training sessions, and configure solutions to align client stakeholders (executive, functional/technical, and operational) with Regrello’s platform, ensuring seamless adoption and effective integration with client business processes.
  • Develop and maintain deep functional expertise in Regrello’s solutions, including its AI/ML capabilities, to design and implement scalable solutions that optimize and automate client business processes.
  • Deliver compelling presentations, product demonstrations, and workshops to key stakeholders, clearly articulating the value proposition
  • Quantify the potential business value (ROI, cost savings, efficiency gains) that clients can achieve by adopting Regrello’s solutions.
  • Plan, execute, and manage Proof of Concepts to demonstrate the feasibility and value of our solution in a client’s specific environment.
  • Contribute to the development of implementation methodologies, best practices, and internal tools to improve delivery efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor solutions, and emerging technologies in the supply chain and AI space.
  • Partner with the Customer Success team to ensure a smooth transition from implementation to ongoing support, focusing on long-term client success.
  • Provide feedback to the Product and Engineering teams based on client interactions and market insights to help shape the future direction of our platform.

What you will get:

  • Opportunity to work on the front lines of change, disrupting old, incrementally improving approaches with new, paradigm-shifting technologies
  • Ability to influence leaders across industries to drive the adoption of AI-first technology in the industry
  • Opportunity to work with and learn from a world-class team of manufacturing, supply chain, AI, and SaaS experts
  • Industry-leading compensation with equity in the company
  • Excellent healthcare benefits including 100% coverage for individuals & families - health, dental, life insurance, and vision
  • Flexible remote work from anywhere in the continental US
  • Quarterly offsites with the entire company to bring us closer together
