Job Description
- Analysis of IT solutions within the entire service reporting environment:
- Conducting interviews with architects, data engineers, and software developers
- Analyzing the contents of existing databases (>100) and their interfaces with each other and other source systems
- Creating suitable models that describe databases, information flows, and data products, as well as their relationships:
- Visualization of data flows within the solutions at the technical level
- Description of data products and their complexity in IT representation
- Deriving concrete measures to harmonize and reduce the complexity of existing IT solutions:
- Identifying solution-specific variations of identical information
- Designing a target architecture for all technically necessary data processing and the required interfaces
Qualifications
Ge neral
- Knowledge of Telekom (preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to abstract
- Analytical thinking
- German language skills (preferred but not mandatory)
Conceptual Knowledge
- Data Products / Data Mesh (preferred but not mandatory)
- Business process modeling (preferred but not mandatory)
- UML (including data modeling)
- Modeling tools (e.g., Innovator)
- Data Warehouse / Data Lake
DevOps and Programming Languages
- GitLab configuration and development
- Python in the context of pipelines (preferred but not mandatory)
- SQL
- C# (preferred but not mandatory)
- Cloud computing (Azure, GCP, or similar)
- Jira
DWH and Reporting Tools
- SQL Server relational databases
- SQL Server Integration Services
- SQL Server Analysis Services
- Power BI
- Snowflake (preferred but not mandatory)
