We were founded in 2018 as a certified Veteran (SDVOSB), Minority, and Woman-owned Small Business, employing between 51 and 200 people. We provide AI and automation solutions, as well as process improvement, to create value for our clients. We combine commercial technologies with the precision required for government missions.
Our services include Strategy Consulting, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Government Contracting, Data and Analytics, Decision Engineering, Human-Centered Data Ecosystems, Edge Intelligence, Innovation, and IT Transformation. For instance, our Decision Engineering service helps turn data into trusted insights. Our AI and Data Analytics focuses on building strong data foundations for AI and automation. Our IT Transformation work upgrades systems for agility.
We use the AMANDA Framework, our methodology for making sure solutions are adopted and sustained. We serve clients in Healthcare, Life Sciences, the Public Sector, and other commercial industries.
Our work includes metadata inventory and documentation, designing and validating metadata schemas (aligned to DCAT and NIST standards), developing automated metadata harvesting pipelines with Python and SQL, and implementing centralized metadata repositories. We also provide technical assistance and IT infrastructure assessments for federal programs. We manage network infrastructure, including Palo Alto firewalls and Cisco CSR devices, across cloud platforms like Google Cloud Platform and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. Additionally, we offer contact center support for mental health care services for service members and veterans.
We have received recognition such as the 2024 Vet 100, #17 in 2023 Inc. Regionals, #115 in 2023 Inc. 5000, and the 2023 USPAACC Fast 100 Winner. We also received the HIRE Vets Medallion Award in 2021, 2022, and 2023, and were named the 2023 SBA Eastern PA District VOSB of the Year.
