Responsibilities
- Implement modules CRM de Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, CPQ & Billing, Einstein Analytics, Mulesoft) responding to client business processes
- Participate in cadrage, animation of workshops and formalization of client needs
- Write specifications functional, configure and parameterize solutions
- Participate in phases of tests, recipes and deployment of applications
