Unicorn Role Overview:

We’re on the lookout for versatile and creative Content Creators to join our ever-expanding talent pool. This is an evergreen position, which means we’re continuously screening talented professionals to match with future client opportunities across industries. Whether you’re a pro at video editing, a wizard with graphic design, or a content machine for YouTube or social—you belong here.

What You’ll Do (Depending on Client Needs):

  • Plan, shoot, and edit engaging short-form and long-form videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube, etc.)

  • Edit raw video content into polished marketing assets with transitions, captions, and sound

  • Design social media graphics, infographics, thumbnails, and branding materials

  • Capture or edit high-quality photos for use across digital platforms

  • Manage post-production workflows, including audio syncing, color correction, and exporting

  • Create visually appealing slide decks, email templates, or marketing materials

  • Collaborate with clients on creative direction, branding guidelines, and content calendars

  • Organize and maintain a content library for ongoing use

  • Repurpose long-form content into multiple formats (video clips, quote graphics, audiograms, etc.)

  • 2+ years of experience in content creation, video editing, photography, or graphic design

  • Strong creative eye and attention to detail

  • Portfolio of past work (video, photography, design, or brand assets)

  • Ability to match brand aesthetics and tone

  • Excellent communication and time management skills

  • Self-motivated and able to manage deadlines with minimal supervision

  • Comfortable working in a remote, collaborative environment

Tools You’ll Use (Depending on Client Needs):

  • Video Editing: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, Descript, iMovie
  • Design & Graphics: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma
  • Photography Editing: Lightroom, Photoshop
  • YouTube Tools: YouTube Studio, TubeBuddy, VidIQ
  • Collaboration: Google Drive, Slack, Notion, ClickUp, Trello
  • File Transfer & Storage: Dropbox, WeTransfer, Google Drive

Time Commitment & Schedule:

  • Full-Time or Part-Time (varies by client)

  • Schedule: Typically U.S. Business Hours (Exact schedule TBD per client)
