YOUR ROLE AS LEAD CONTENT CREATOR
We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Junior Content Creator to join our team. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality, engaging content that aligns with our brand’s voice and resonates with our audience. As a solo content creator, you will manage all aspects of content production, from video creation to graphic design, and handle all deliverables independently. This is an ideal position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can work autonomously, and is eager to contribute fresh ideas.
Key Responsibilities:
Video Content Creation
- Manage the full video production process—from scripting, filming, editing, and final delivery.
- Stay updated on social media trends and platform formats, knowing when to use short-form or long-form video content.
- Ensure all video content is on-brand and emotionally engaging for the audience.
- Maintain an organized video content library for easy access and reuse.
Graphic & Marketing Asset Development
- Design digital and offline materials, including social media graphics, leaflets, posters, and brochures.
- Ensure all visuals align with brand guidelines and are tailored to current campaigns and initiatives.
Project Delivery & Execution
- Independently manage and deliver all content projects, ensuring high-quality output and timely delivery.
- Respond to creative briefs with clear, innovative solutions and ensure the final content meets high standards.
Tools & Workflow
- Utilize creative tools like Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop), Canva, CapCut, and CRM/email tools (e.g., Brevo).
- Organize and track progress using Google Calendar, Google Drive, and Jira (or similar tools) to stay on top of tasks and deadlines.
- Take initiative and demonstrate a positive, can-do attitude when executing creative projects with minimal supervision.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Design, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years in a content creation role with a proven track record.
Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing a broad range of creative work is essential.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience managing the full lifecycle of video production.
- Hands-on experience in creating digital and offline marketing materials (social media graphics, brochures, posters, etc.).
- A solid understanding of social media platforms and various content formats (short-form vs. long-form).
- Ability to adapt content for multiple channels while maintaining brand consistency.
- High proficiency in design principles and creative direction.
