Who You Are

Prowess Consulting is looking for a detailed project manager to support our top-tier technology client’s highest profile work, with a focus on AI and innovation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for content production, publishing, content analytics, and managing the editorial calendar. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication, SharePoint, and WordPress skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

This is a full-time role that can be worked remotely from anywhere in the United States; however, the work hours will be in the Pacific time zone. No third-party agencies, please.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Content Production and Publishing:

  • Stage and publish content on client’s site.
  • Write copy for search engine optimization (SEO), alt text, and social amplification on platforms, such as X, LinkedIn, and Threads.
  • Coordinate amplification strategy with other partners.
  • Provide off-hours publishing work when required (as early as 4 a.m. and as late as 10 p.m. Pacific time on occasion).
  • In WordPress, design layout of blog posts using text, images, GIFs and video embeds.
  • Maintain libraries of images for archiving and sharing with internal and external teams, ensuring privacy and security safeguards.
  • Work closely with WordPress platform team on developing new features and keep publishing documentation updated. Resize, crop, and edit images for blog posts, social media, and press packs.
  • Create GIFs and perform minor video editing.

Content Analytics:

  • Report on an established cadence to provide analytics for web, social, and earned media using tools like Adobe Analytics, CIMS, and Sprinklr.
  • Provide insights and learnings during reporting analytics meetings.
  • Produce biannual AI+I analysis and data reports.
  • Create and maintain link tracking, as needed.
  • Explore and suggest new tools to gain deeper insights into web and social performance, as well as earned coverage, including message pull-through and sentiment analysis.

Editorial Calendar Management:

  • Manage the team-wide SharePoint editorial calendar, including sending weekly email with list of calendar items to stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot user-reported issues.
  • Train new users on managing content in the editorial calendar.
  • Create and edit calendar items.
  • Implement feature improvements.
  • Help manage the Teams site and distribution list.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Proven experience working with WordPress, including Gutenberg blocks.
  • Experience with content analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, PowerBI, CIMS, and Sprinklr.
  • Strong understanding of SEO and social media amplification.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Solid experience with Microsoft 365 applications, especially SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with editorial calendars and managing content workflows.
  • Experience with copy editing content for grammar, style, and voice.
  • Knowledge of privacy and security best practices for content management.
  • Experience with link tracking and analytics reporting.
  • Ability to suggest and implement new tools for content performance insights.
  • Experience in training and supporting new users on processes.
  • Experience with image editing and video creation tools.

Additional Details:

  • The offered pay range for this position is $72,000-$85,000 per year, depending on experience and geographic location.
  • U.S. based employees working 30 hours per week or more have access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, basic life insurance, a 401K plan with matching, well-being benefits, education benefits, among others.
