The company operates a portfolio of renowned websites and brands – including flagship site Gambling.com and sports betting site Bookies.com as well as iGaming-focused site Casinos.com, BonusFinder.com and UK-centric Freebets.com. Responsibilities
- Edit and proofread in-house content for clarity, accuracy, and style consistency.
- Analyse existing content performance and adjust articles accordingly to improve rankings and engagement.
- Optimize content for search visibility using best practices in formatting, headings, and keyword placement.
- Conduct keyword research to identify new content opportunities.
- Stay up to date with Google core updates and other algorithm changes, and share insights on how these affect our content strategy.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new topics and approaches.
- Use analytics tools to review performance and inform ongoing improvements.
Requirements
- 1–3 years’ experience in content editing, copyediting, or writing (digital content preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent grammar skills.
- Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and willingness to adapt to evolving best practices.
- Comfortable using content management systems (CMS) and keyword research tools.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams.
- Ability for data driven thinking to problem solve and tie data to core decision making.
- Ability to independently assess and improve content without relying on external writers.
Desirable Skills
- Experience in affiliate marketing or the gambling industry.
- Understanding of structured content formats (FAQs, summaries, comparison tables).
- Knowledge of SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or similar.
