The Digital Content Editor assigns, creates, edits and optimizes digital copy quickly and cleanlyinafast-pacedenvironment.Theyareresponsibleforthe timelypublishingofhigh-quality content that is accurate, fair, and conforms to accepted standards of journalism.
Theywillusenewtoolsandtechnologytocreateandeditcontentasrequired.
This role is for Tuesday to Saturday, working from 8am to 5pm on weekdays and 9am to 6pm on Saturdays, with occasional work on other days depending on the needs of the business.

- Meettightdeadlines.
- Performanyotherreasonabledutiesasnecessarytomeettheneedsof the business.
Qualifications:
- Significant relevant experience in an editing role.
- Strong news judgment across a range of subjects.
- Proven record of editing quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent writing and copy editing skills.
- Demonstrable knowledge of digital tools or applications including content management systems and editing assistance software.
- Demonstrable knowledge of common IT tools such as the Microsoft suite.
