Job description
Gambling.com Group (Nasdaq: GAMB) is a multi-award winning provider of marketing and sports data services looking for exceptional talent interested in the fast-paced, high-growth online gambling industry. The company operates a portfolio of renowned websites and brands – including flagship site Gambling.com and sports betting site Bookies.com as well as iGaming-focused sites Casinos.com, BonusFinder.com and UK-centric Freebets.com. In the U.S., the company operates state-specific websites such as NewYorkBets.com, BetCarolina.com, and BetArizona.com, helping consumers discover and connect with legal gambling options.
In addition to its marketing operations, Gambling.com Group provides sports data services through consumer subscription platforms like OddsJam and RotoWire, along with B2B services through OpticOdds. These offerings deliver real-time data, actionable insights, and technology driven tools to both consumers and enterprise partners.
As the first and only online gambling affiliate publicly traded in the U.S., Gambling.com Group has earned recognition as a leader in its field – most recently winning Casino Affiliate of the Year at the 2024 EGR Operator Awards. Gambling.com Group embraces a majority remote-first hybrid work model, offering employees the flexibility to work remotely while being part of a global team. For some roles, in-office presence is required for operational reasons, ensuring seamless collaboration and effectiveness where needed.
With flagship offices in Dublin, Charlotte, and Malta, and satellite offices in Madison, Helsinki, Serbia, and Costa Rica, we operate on a “think local, act global” mindset. Gambling.com Group is on the lookout for innovative, solution-driven, and fast-paced thinkers to join our growing team.
Are you ready to take the next step in your career?
Do you understand the thrill of chasing a big win on slots, or the strategy behind a last-minute accumulator? We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and player-focused Content Editor for French Canada to join our team and help build trusted, authoritative content for casino players and punters across the Canadian market.
At GDC Group, content is more than just keywords and copy—it’s the heartbeat of our brand. You’ll play a role in developing engaging, educational, and entertaining content that resonates with our audience and sets us apart in a competitive space.
Responsibilities:
- Craft content that blends expertise and entertainment — casino reviews, betting strategies, slot guides, sportsbook explainers, and more.
- Manage and prioritize the content calendar, from ideation to publishing, ensuring alignment with business KPIs and seasonal trends.
- Distribute content across platforms (web, email, video, etc.) to maximise reach and value.
- Optimise content for SEO without sacrificing voice, trust, or readability.
- Leverage tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, Surfer SEO, and AI (ChatGPT, Gemini, Co-Pilot) to streamline and enhance performance.
- Work cross-functionally with SEO, Product, UX, Brand, and AdOps teams to ensure content consistency and alignment.
- Brief, manage, and motivate a pool of freelance writers — maintaining high-quality standards, deadlines, and editorial tone.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure our content remains sharp, credible, and aligned with regulatory requirements and brand values.
Requirements:
- Native-level French speaker with good English communication skills.
- Knowledge of the Canadian iGaming space, especially Casino and Slots.
- Experience in content creation or editorial roles (preferably within iGaming, sports, or betting media).
- Comfortable working with SEO tools (Ahrefs, GSC, Surfer, SEMrush) and AI platforms (ChatGPT, Gemini).
- Ability to plan, write, edit, and optimize content across the full lifecycle.
Why join us
- Be part of a growing, fast-paced team making a real impact in the iGaming industry.
- Get creative freedom — pitch ideas, shape tone, and take ownership of your editorial domain.
- Collaborate with passionate people who love what they do.
- Work with modern tools and tech, including AI-powered content workflows.
- Agile work culture and support for professional growth.
