Requirements

- Development/consulting/implementation experience is an asset
- Experience with databases concepts and expertise in MS Excel
- Confidence speaking and presenting information in collaborative customer settings
- High motivation for a role that combines deep technical and customer-management dimensions
- Ability to understand and communicate in English
Responsibilities
- Provide regular status updates to the Technical/Project Lead and the client
- Create documentation and participate in project meetings
- Be a primary resource and consultant through the full lifecycle of the solution
- Gather client business requirements in partnership with the Project Lead
- Design innovative solutions customized for the client’s specific needs using best practices available
- Be a hands-on SME advising, implementing, testing, and training
- Work closely with internal and external contacts to ensure we are delivering a tailored solution meeting client’s specification
- Guide and mentor junior team members while nurturing strong client relationships, providing the support needed, online or in-person, in every step of the process
